Charm Swap

I signed up for a Postage Stamp Charm Swap and have now received my sets.  One of 2.5" and one 2".  I am not sure how I will use them yet, but I will most probably use the 2" ones for a cushion cover, and continue adding to the 2.5" ones and perhaps do an Irish Chain Quilt - (scrappy version).  I like the idea of each coloured square being a different fabric.


Both sets are so different with a selection of colours I most probably wouldn't have bought for myself, and yet adding them to a scrappy quilt will give me a much wider range of colours and patterns.  I cut my own charms some time ago, and now have more fabric so I will get into the habit of cutting a 2.5" square to add to my charm stash each time I acquire more fabric.
