I came across Bonnie Hunter's web site by chance last year and was intrigued by her 'mystery'quilts and decided I would 'take part' in her next one. It seemed a long wait (9 months!) But here we are and the big day has dawned and Clue #1 was issued on Friday.
I had already found most of the necessary fabric colours in my stash but had to buy more neutrals, purples and the magenta needed for the 'constant' colour. Bonnie is a 'scrappy' quilter and that appeals to me too. So this post is meant to be a link up to show progress so far. Yesterday I began cutting 2" strips from the neutrals and have begun making the required number of scrappy 4- patch. I have done 53 so far...only 168 more to go........
