Waiting for Friday and the next clue in the Provence Mystery Quilt Project is somewhat frustrating.......patience is not really me!
However, I am finding myself being far more precise in how I work especially with the accuracy in placing my ruler before cutting, and being fussy with my sewing. I have undone those that are not exactly perfect.....but can say that I think I have perfected 4 patch sewing. I only had to undo two in this round. I finished all 168 on Sunday (well I actually made 170) but my photograph does not show the colours correctly. They look too blue when they are far more purple and lilac in true daylight. The dark days here are obviously affecting how my camera takes the pictures and I cannot find a way of altering the result. Checking the web site a minute ago Bonnie has added the details to the
link to see what others are doing. She also says that there will be no more 4-patch pieces to make.......phew. Roll on Friday!!
