I only have two more blocks/days to go and then I will have completed the 365 challenge. It will then be a few more days to sew everything together. I have been sewing four of the small dark blue blocks together and placing them on the design wall. I am trying to space out and randomise the simple blocks with the complicated ones, and trying to avoid putting together too many of similar colours. I have put a few of the bigger light blocks on the wall as well, but I am finding it difficult now as I have to stand on a chair to reach the top row and I cannot get them all on to complete the bottom two rows. I know I will need to 'see' the whole lot before doing the final sewing as I don't want any blocks to 'glare or stand out too much' and some are going to be difficult to place. There are one or two that I just don't like the look of at all - mainly because of the colour I chose perhaps. It may be that I end up re-doing one or two!! On the other hand once they are surrounded by carefully placed others they might not look too bad. We shall see.
